VIDING CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LONGWOOD, FLORI 5 FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 1, Ordinance NO. 125, City
of Longwood, Florida, relating to Federal Old Age and
Survivors Insurance, be ana the same it hereby amended to read
as follows:
the policy and purpose of the City of Longwood, Florida, to
extend effective as Of June 1, 1954, to the employees and
officials thereof, not excluded by law, nor ex pted herein,
the benefits of the syst— of Old Age and Sot.i—Y Insurance
as authorized by the FAderal Social Security Act and amendments
and to cover by such plan all services which constitute
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts Of Ordinances
to conflict herewith be and the same ate hereby [ pealed.
SECTION 3: Thit Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and ado/pttion.
