BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CWNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LONGW00D, FIARI PA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Thae Section LO of Ordinance No. 242 of
the Ci[y of Longwood, Florida, passed and adopted on April 9,
19]1, is hereby amended to read as fol LOWa:
Section 30: Cemece ry Acc vents. The
C1exk shall keep full and detailed act ounes of ehe receipts and
expenditures on act oune of ehe Cemetery, and whenever there is
a surplus of cash of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) or more in
ehe Cemetery Account, ehe surplus shall be placed in cane
certificates or other such investments ae authorized by ehe
City Council, and any interest derived therefrom shall be
placed in the Cemetery Account. The Cicy Council shall use
any part or all 0£ such funds £or any purpose re lacing to the
Cemetery as rt may dee appropriate.
SECTION 2; Any Oxd finance or pares of Ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
E~CTION 3: If any section or porx ion of a section
of ehis Ordinance proves co be inva l'd, unlawful, x unconsti-
tutional, c shall not be held to invalidate or impair the
validity, force or ef£ecc of any ocher sec er.on or part of
ehis Ordinance.
