DISTRICT TO M-1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT ZONING CLASSIFICATION; PROVIDING CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE, SAID ORDINANCE BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE. R. 42] Easx t Seaboard Coast Line Railroad right-of-way be and ehe same is hereby changed and transfezred From zoning classification C Commercial District to M-L industrial District.
