PROVIDING FOR USES PERMITTED AND CERTAIN
REGULATIONE: PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH.

SECTION 1: Thae Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 143, being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Longwood, Plor ida, be

ARTICLE 1
A. INTENT AND PURPOSE OF DISTRICT - It is Che purpose of

B. USES PERMITTED - The uses permiee ed within this dish LCt
shall be primarily res ideneial in character, and include ehe
following;
1. Residential unites including single-family deeached
dwellings, two-family dwellings, and multiple-family -~
dwellings.
2. Churches, schools, community or club buildings and

ARTICLE G
The procedure Eor rev rew and approval of a PUD (Planned Unit Develop-
ment) Diser ict is as follows:
A. PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE - The applicant is encouraged
to confer wieh officials of Che City of Longwood prior Co formerly
submitting a request for rezoning to PUD. The purpose of this
meec ing is to give the applicant the benefit of commene from citw1
officials as to ehe ado isabilicy of undertaking a PUD Development-
rn the proposed to cation.

H. MASTER LAND USE PLAN APPROVAL -
The applicant sha 11 submit to the Zoning Commission,
a proposed Master Land Use Plan conta sn ing the following
exhibits:
1. A v.sc sniey map showing the locaeion of the proposed

When the area has been zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development),

E. REVISION OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT -

tial changes shall be revtewed and may be. approved or denied by the City
Council upon receipt of the recommendaeion of the Zoning Commission.
A request for a revision of ehe Development Plan shall be supporeed by

desirab Le. No approval of any major or substantial change shall be
authorized except in accordance with the procedures established in Chis

F. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TIME LIMITATIONS -

The deve lopmene standards required for Planned Unie Development are
as follows:
A. SIZE OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS -
