WHERPA$~ there has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Longwood, Ploiida, a petition executed by all the fee simple
title owners of the property in Seminole County, Plorida, hereinafter
described requesting the City Council of the City of Longwood, Ploxidaa
to extend its corporate limits to include such propeity~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND OADA INED DY THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OE THE CITY OE LONGWOOD~ PLORI0.4:
1. That the corporate territorial limits of the City of Longwood,
Plox ida, be and the same are hereby extended so as to include the
following described property:

3. That an election shall be held on the 20th day of March, 1962,
at which election those persons duly registered as voters in the
mpnv cv pality of the City o£ Longwood at the trine of the passage of
this ordinance shall be eligible to vote upon the ques taon of whether
the property as described herein shall be ancluaed within the cor parx.4 e'
territ ox ial limits of the City o£ Longwood.
