being numbered 143 among the ortlinances of sand city, and
WHEREAS, said otarnance p ovrdes for amendments thereto in a
manner set forth in said ordinance, and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 13 of Sara ordinance, public hearing
has been heltl after due notice of the amendments Re reinafter provided
an thin mraiRance,
NOW, THERE PDRE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OP THE CITY OP LONG-
waoD, FLDRIDA:
Section 1. That the official zoning map of the City of Longwood,
Florida, as provided for in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 143 of tRe City
of Longwood, Florida, be and the same rs hereby amendetl so that the
property in Longwood, Florr , describetl as follows:
The NW 1/4 of the NE 1/9 antl the NOrth 1/2 of the
NW 1/4 of Se<ti on 6, Township 21 Sou tR, Range 30 East,
and
Lots 5'!2, 5y4, a d 5'!b of the Original Survey of the
Town of Longwooa,~ F ortletl in the public
records of BeminolelCOUnty,aPlor itla,
be and the same are hereby removed from their inclusion in the resr-
de nti al district antl cpmmaccii;a9l sWistri<t as they now appear on sand
zoning map and die hereby placed ilrn the Sight industrial district
upon saitl official z ing map.
Section 2. This ordinance shall not become effective until the
above desc[ibetl changes and amendments have been duly entered upon the
official zoning map of the City of Longwood.
Section 3. All ortlinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immetli ate ly upon
