BE IT ENACTED BY THE YEpYLH OF TH8 CTTY OF LON GkOOD~ FLORIDA:
1. That Exhibit "A" of Ordinance No. 143 of the City of
Longwood, Plorida, being the general zoning ordinance of said City,
and the official zoning map referred to in Section 1 of said Ordin-
an , be and the same are hereby emended so that the following des-
cr ibed property in Longwood, Plor id a, be and it is hereby changed
from its present zov ing classification of C-commercial to the rov-
ing classification of M-Light Industrial:
Beginning at a point on the ¢orthern line of Molnar
Avenue, which point is distant 25 Eeet nvrthwest-
ardly, me red radiai ly from the center line of the
Atlantic Coast Live Railroad Company's vu thbound m n
track; said p int being distant 465 feet northeast as

2. All ordinances or parts of Ord inauces in conflict here-
with aze hereby repealed.
3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon such
changes being duly entered upon the oFFi <ial roving map of the City
of Longwood, Florida.

4. That for the purpose of Bard election the polling place
shall be the City Hall in the City of Longwood, Fl on dad that the
polls of savd election shall be opened at 7:00 a. , EBT, and shall
De closed at 7:00 p.m. EST.
5. At least thirty (30) days prior to the holding o£ said
election, the City Council shall appoint an Election Board consisting
of a clerk and at least three (3) inspectors to serve at the polling
place and shall publish in a newspaper of general cvrcul ation in
Seminole County a not rce of the time of holding said election, the
purpose thereof, and the -olli ng place: said notice to be published
for u (;2) consecutive weeks, the first puDl is ation thereof to be
at least thirty (30) days before the date of said election.
6. At noon on the day after said election, the City Council
shall meet and act as a Canvassing 8oartl to re cea , anvass and
declare the result of said election, and if a majority of the votes
cast at such election Dy the voters residing wat han the munacipal
corporate limits of the City of Longwood shall De "for including said
property", then upon the City Council declaring the reau It of such
electiono the above described property shall be included within the
territorial boundaries of the City of Longwood, and shall thereafter
be a part of sard city.

8. This oxd finance shall take effect immediately upon its final
passage and adoption.
