CB~iAIRl~lOI~IAI~'S ~XPLAI~TI®~I ®F PROCEEiLr1~9GS: Board Attorney Amy Goodblatt explained the c:a~.e of 06-05-551, citation of repeat violation against Respondent Roger Runge. This case w~~s brought before the board in November of 2008 in which the finding was made and appe;~led to the appropriate court in Seminole County. The litigation was abated which gives the right for Mr'. Runge to a rehearing of the proceeding that occurred in the November 2008 i~neeting. This meeting would be conducted formally as in a trial process; explanations of tk~e proceedings ensued. 4. SWEARIY~G 1~9 ®F ALL V~lIT~IESSES: Atty. Goodblatt swore in all witnesses. 5. ARPR®VAL ®F TWE IVBII~Il1TES FROM THE n1AY 26, 20®9 Il~EETIIVG: The minutes from the May 26, 2009 meeting were= presented. Member Tolos moved to accept the minutes, seconded by Member Rebello. Minutes carried by a unanimous voice vote with Members ICubec, Dolan and Olvey ak~sE~nt. 6. RERORTS-CASE ~D~®ATES: None. CAB U7-28-D9-1 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. CEB 06-05-551 CC, Chap. 38;, Sec. 38-141 High Grass ~/or Weeds Repeat RUNGE, Rog~:r 577 W. Chuirch Avenue Longwood;, F,L 32750 Mr. Roger Runge objected to having the meetincl due to his misunderstanding of what the meeting would entail. He presumed the meeting was about the administrative fine and not a rehearing of the case. Board Attorney Goodblatt read the statement ordered by Judge Alley. The joint stipulation was read as well as a letter to Mr. Runge signed by Donovan Roper dated February 26tH 2009 stating the case was to be reheard. Mr. Runge read the letter dated February 10, 20~~9 from Mr. Roper in which the administrative fines and liens were discussed. Because of this., he prepared only to discuss the fines and liens for the case and not a rehearing. A brief discussion ensued. Mr. Runge requested a postponement until August. Motion to postpone until the August 25, 2009 Code Enforcement Board meeting was carried by a unanimous voice vote with Members Kubec, Dolan and Olvey absent. 8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None 9.
