Mr. Roger Runge objected to having the meetincl due to his misunderstanding of what the
meeting would entail. He presumed the meeting was about the administrative fine and not a
rehearing of the case.
Board Attorney Goodblatt read the statement ordered by Judge Alley. The joint stipulation
was read as well as a letter to Mr. Runge signed by Donovan Roper dated February 26tH
2009 stating the case was to be reheard.
Mr. Runge read the letter dated February 10, 20~~9 from Mr. Roper in which the administrative
fines and liens were discussed. Because of this., he prepared only to discuss the fines and
liens for the case and not a rehearing.
A brief discussion ensued. Mr. Runge requested a postponement until August.
Motion to postpone until the August 25, 2009 Code Enforcement Board meeting was carried
