REGULAR BUSINESS. A. The. Community Development Division of the Community Development Services ~De~partment recommends the City Commission read by title only and adopf Resolution No. 09- 1239 which establishes a lee schedule for services pertaining to the Community Development Services ]Department. B. The Leisure Services Department recommends the City Commission read by title only, set the next regular City CC 12-0 i~-0!x/2 Commission Meieting as thc~ second reading and public hearing of the Ordinance, and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 09-1911 amending Chapter 50, Articles III and IV of the Longwood City Code, to update and to establish, by resolution, fee schedules pertaining to fees associated with facility rentals. 10.
