2. REQUEST BY CITY ATTORNEY FOR AN EXECUTIVE
ATTORNEY- CLIENT SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING
LITIGATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 286.011(8), FLORIDA
STATUTES CONCERNING CITY OF LONGWOOD vs. MARY G.
GAMBLE, SEMINOLE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT CASE NO.:
06 -CA- 2311 -14 -W.
3. ANNOUNCEMENT.
The Members of the Longwood City Commission, Mayor John C.
Maingot, Deputy Mayor Joe Durso, Commissioner Bob Cortes,
Commissioner H.G. "Butch" Bundy and Commissioner Brian B. Sackett
will meet in a closed session with Katrina Powell, City Administrator,
Daniel W. Langley, City Attorney, Gayle Owens, Assistant City Attorney
and a Court Reporter for the purpose of discussing pending litigation
concerning City of Longwood v. Mary G. Gamble, Seminole County •
Circuit Court Case No.: 06 -CA- 2311 -14 -W. The estimated length of time
for the closed session is fifty (50) minutes. The meeting will be conducted
in accordance with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes.
4. RECESS PUBLIC MEETING AND OPEN EXECUTIVE
ATTORNEY- CLIENT SESSION.
5. TERMINATION OF EXECUTIVE SESSION AND REOPENING
OF PUBLIC MEETING.
