Ms. Morrow said the Community Development Services Department
recommends the Board of Adjustment review the requested Variance (VAR 05-

setbacks. She stated the subject site was designated Medium Density Residential

to install a shed. She advised the applicant was proposing approximately a three
(3) foot side setback and a three (3) foot rear setback.

able to protect their belongings.
