Don Wall (listing agent for 1515 Oriole Street, #08 -04 -710) has requested to come back before the Special
Magistrate to ask for a reduction in fines and administrative costs. It was proposed at last month's hearing
that the fines be reduced to $3,000.00 from the original $71,785.00 for 3 separate High Grass violations.
William Powers (listing agent for 764 E. Church Avenue, #08 -04 -709) has requested to come back before the
Special Magistrate to ask for a reduction in fines and administrative costs. It was proposed at last month's
hearing that the fines be reduced to $3,000.00 from the original $173,000.00 for Trash & Debris and Outdoor
Storage violations.
10. NEW BUSINESS
Marisa Wheeler (property manager for 155 Sandalwood Way, #09 -01 -761) has requested to come before the
Special Magistrate to ask for a reduction in fines and administrative costs which total $42,200.00 for
Minimum Property Standards.
