CODES ENFORCEMENT BOARD

The Codes Enforcement Board held a regular meeting on Tuesday,
April 28, 19816
Present: Bill Mitchell
Bob Thomas
Richard Wallsh
Steven Kircher

Absent: Virgil (Joe) Pavone
B. H. Farrell (First Alternate)

1. Chairman Wallsh called meeting to order. Motion by Mr.
Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Thomas that reading of last meeting
be dispensed with. Motion carried by voice vote.
2. Motion by Mr. Smerilson, seconded by Mr. Mitchell that
minutes of 2 -24 -81 meeting be approved as submitted. Motion carried
by voice vote.

3. There were/ unfinished items of business nor any affidavits of
violations to present.
4. New Business:
Mr, Wallsh stated that he had read one article in the Little
Sentinel stating that a case would be referred to the Codes Enforcement
Board and the next day he read where case had been resolved. He
suggested that all members of the Codes Enforcement Board refrain
from reading an_v articles about eases that might be brought before
board and he suggested a resolution be signed by all members to that
effect. The members agreed and Mr. Wallsh stated that he would prepare
for the next meeting.
5. The next meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 19 81 at 7:30 V , m.
6. Motion by Mr. Kircher, seconded by Mr. Mitchell that Codes
Enforcement Board be adjourned. Motion carried by voice vote and
board adjourned at 7:40 p,m.
