The Codes Enforcement Board of the City of Longwood, Florida met at 7:30 p . m.
Present: Fred Ritter

Mary Triplett, Secretary
Absent: Walter Fleck
1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pavone followed by the
Pledge of Allegiance to the United States f lag. The secretary called the call_
and all members were present except Mr. Fleck. Mr. Fleck had notified
the secretary that he would be out of town and unable to attend the meeting.
2. Approval of Minutes - 7/26/83. The secretary read the minutes of July
26, 1983. Motion by Mr. Myers, seconded by Mr. Ritter that minutes be
approved as read. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote.
3. Public Hearings. None scheduled.
4. Unfinished Business. The board requested a copy of affidavit of com-
pliance for case number 21, William T. Pratt, 390 S. Wilma Street, Longwood,
Florida. officer Rossi submitted the affidavit of compliance on July 28,
1983 stating Mr. Pratt was in compliance with Chapter 12, Sec. 12 -2 (2), 12-
2 (3) of the Code of the City of Longwood, Florida as of the 27th day of
July, 1983. The secretary distributed a copy of the affidavit of compliance
to each board member.
5. Presentation of Filed Affidavits of Violation. None.
6. New Business. The secretary submitted a letter stating the Organi2at-
iona 1 Meeting and Election of Officers is to be held next month. Chairman
Pavone read the rules and regulations for the board. The board discussed
the rules and regulations.
Motion by Mr. Kennedy, seconded by Mr. Carullo to schedule the next meeting
for October 18, 1983. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote.
7. Adjournment. Motion by Mr. Meyers, seconded by Mr. Kennedy to adjourn.
Motion carried by a unanimous roll- ca?1 vote. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
