Present: Buford Helms Verma Martin Fred Ritter Anthony Taddeo Charles Kennedy, Vice - Chairman 14ary Triplett, Secretary Absent: Walter Fleck Arthur Carullo 1. The meeting was called to order by Vice - Chairman Kennedy followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States flag. The secretary called the roll and all members were present except Mr. Fleck and Mr. Carullo. Mr. Fleck notified the secretary that he would be out of town and Mrs. Carullo notified the secretary that 14r. Carullo was in Gainesville for tests. 2. Approval of Minutes - 1/24/84. The secretary read the minutes of January 24, 1984. Mrs. Martin stated that a correction needed to be made on item 6, she was appointed to replace Mr. Pavone . Motion by Mr. Taddeo, seconded by Mr. Ritter to approve minutes as corrected. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote. 3. Public Hearings, None Scheduled. 4. Unfinished Business, Mr, Ritter asked why officer Rossi was not at the meeting? The secretary stated that officer Rossi was working on a case. 5. Presentation of Filed Affidavits of Violations. Case No. 28- -Total Electrical Design, Robert J. Boyden, 845 Raven Avenue, Longwood, FL and Yves & Elizabeth F. Pinet, 1133 Louisiana Avenue, Suite 105, winter Park, FL (property o %%mer) . Violation of Chapter 10, Sec. 10-1. Failure to obtain a City occupational License to conduct business. Motion by Mr. Taddeo, seconded by Mr. Helms to find probable cause and set a public hearing for April 10, 1934. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote. 6. New Business. Vice - Chairman Kennedy introduced Mr. Helms a new member, to the other board members. 7. Adjournment. Motion by Mr. Helms, seconded by Mr. Taddeo to adjourn.
