1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Fleck followed by
the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag. Chairman
Fleck introduced new board member, Maureen Sikora. The secretary
called the roll and all members were present except Mr. Taddeo
and Mr. Kennedy, who had notified the secretary that they were
unable to attend .
2. Approval of Min utes - 10/9/84. Motion by Mr. Ritter,
seconded by Mrs. Martin to approve minutes of October 9, 1984 as
submitted. Motion carried by a unanimous voice vote.
3. Public Hearings. None scheduled.
4, Unfinished Business. All members that were present, except
Mrs. Sikora, signed the revised Rules and Regulations.
5, Presentation of Filed Affidavits of Violations. Case No. 29-
Kenneth W. Schraw, President of Schraw Realty Inc., 1441 S. Grant
Street Longwood FL. Violation of Chapter 10, Sec. 10 -1.
Operating a business without a license, business activity is
noticeably detracting from the outward residential character of
the neighborhood. Officer Trautman presented the case to the
Board. officer Trautman stated that the building materials were
removed and Mr. Schraw was no longer in violation of Chapter 12,
Sec. 12 -2. Motion by Mr. Helms, seconded by Mr. Ritter to find
probable cause. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote.
Motion by Mrs. Sikora, seconded by Mr. Helms to set a public
hearing on the 8th of January, 1985. Motion carried by a
unanimous roll call vote.

Case No. 38 - Iris Walker, Suburban Coastal Foreclosure, 600
Courtland Avenue, Orlando, FL and Richard P. Asher, 801 Lormann
Circle South, Longwood, FL. Violation of Chapter 12, Sec. 12 -1,
12 -2 (1, 3 ). High grass and discarded garbage on the propertyr
failure to keep the grass cut below the 10 inch level required by
City Code. officer Trautman presented the case to the Board.
Motion by Mr. Helms, seconded by Mrs. Martin to find probable
cause and set a public hearing for January 8, 1985. Chairman
Fleck requested that photographs be presented at the public
hearing.
Case No. 31 - Eugene J. Kocol, Paramont Auto Center, 615 N. CR
427, Longwood, FL and Edward L. and Patricia J. Lombardi, P. O.
Box 1048, Longwood. FL. Violation of Chapter 10, Sections 10--13
(14) b, 10--1, Chapter 22, Section 22-28, Appendix A, Sections
201.1, 508.4A, 508.2, 608.3A(1 ), Paramont Auto Center, Eugene
Kocol, owner, has continued to conduct a used car sales
dealership on the front setback of his business property without
benefit of the required City occupational License for that type
of business. Seventeen out of the eighteen vehicles offered for
sale were unregistered, no tag. Officer Rossi presented the case
to the Board. Mrs. Sikora asked when the last time the property
was inspected. Officer Rossi stated that the property was
inspected on December 11, 1984 and there were three cars for sale
on this date. Motion by Mr. Ritter, seconded by Mrs. Sikora to
find probable cause and to set a public hearing for January 8,
1985. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote.
6, New Business. Chairman Fleck congratulated Mrs, Sikora on
her appointment to the board.
7. Adjournment. Motion by Mrs. Sikora, seconded by Mr. Ritter
to adjourn. Motion carried by a unanimous voice vote. Meeting
adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
