1. Call Meeting to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Vice -
Chairman Bundy_
2. Roll Call
The Secretary called the roll. There was a quorum.
3. Approval of Minutes November 24,1995
Ms. Dennis motioned to accept minutes as written, seconded
by Ms. Soyer. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
4. Public Hearings
CEB 76 -04 -002 George and Patricia Klele, Owner
906 Rangeline Road
Ms. Price presented the case. !Notice of 'violation was left
at this address in regard to two vehicles that were parked
in the driveway for several months_ The same vehicles were
cited previously for the same violation. Tags expired in
July of 1995.
Ms. Price recommended a $25 dollar per day penalty for each
day that the vehicles remained stored in the driveway.
Motion made by Mr. UiFiore that the Respondents be found in
violation of City Code Section 22 -28. He proposed that the
recommended f iaze be increased to $100/day unit i i the
violations is corrected, allowing three days for the vehicles
to be brought into compliance. Seconded by Ms.Soyer. Motion
passed by unanimous vote-
CEB 96 -04 -003 Wayne Underwood, Tenant
1072 N CR 427
Ms. Price presented the case. Mr. Underwood was cited on
April 3, 1996 in regard to a stored vehicle. He was given
till the eighth of April to bring the vehicle into
compliance. No effort was made on the Respondent's part to
comply. The same vehicle was cited a year ago. At the time
Mr. Underwood spore to Mr. Brock and advised that he was
having problems getting the title to it. Mr. Brock extended
the compliance time by two to three months. To date, the
vehicle has not been brought into compliance.
Ms. Price made the recommendation that a fine of $25 /day per
day for each day that the vehicle remains in the driveway.
Mr. Bundy explained the process of the Code hearing to Mr.
Underwood, who was hesitant to be sworn in. Mr. Underwood
decided to spear:. After being sworn, he stated that he was
having difficulty getting the title to the vehicle, saying
that the person he bought the car from had never titled the
car in his own name. Mr. Underwood has been unable to
locate the seller.
Motion was made by Mr. DiFiore that the

and procedures as presented. Seconded by Mr. DiFiore.

Soyer. Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
