Presentation of the results of the community meetings for the City's Evaluation and Appraisal Report by the ECFRPC. 5. ADJOURNMENT IT IS THE LPA'S POLICY TO AUTOMATICALLY TABLE ANY APPLICATION IF THE APPLICANT'S REPRESENTATIVE DOES NOT ATTEND THE MEETING. NOTICE: Most of the issues discussed by LPA are quasi-judicial, shown as QJD. As such, interested parties are prohibited from contacting members of the LPA on this matter, except during the public hearing, or by written communication to the Planning Division at 174 W. Church Ave., Longwood. At this meeting, interested parties may appear and be heard with respects to the request. This hearing may be continued from time to time until final action is completed. All persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at these meetings, the appeal must be based on the public record made during consideration of this matter.
