1. CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Holt called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Mr. Halt welcomed Mr. Fleming and his Grandson Chris to the meeting.
Chris informed he had to come to a public meeting to work towards his
Eagle Scout Badge. He also asked for a copy of the Parks Budget.
3., OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Holt asked for an approval of the minutes for November G, 2002.
MSG (Anderson/Daugherty) to approve the November 6, 2002 minutes.
Motion passed 6-0-1 with Member O'Keefe absent.

Mr, Holt turned the meeting over to Ms. Walsh.
Ms. Walsh handed out a list of items donated for the Christmas Event, and
gave a special thanks to Ills. Tolos for her hard work in accumulating so
many items. She said everything is ready to go on Saturday and she also
has tee shirts for everyone to wear. Ms. Walsh informed them the raffle
tickets would be one dollar and they would also be different colors, one for
children and one for adults. More talk ensued as to how long a time would
be allowed between the announcement of each ticket number. All should
arrive at 12:00 p.m. to set up the tables.
Ms. Rebello said the Santa's chair could be picked up from Sheree
Murphy's husband on Friday afternoon. Also Double U. Enterprises would
be lending us the Reindeer for the event.
Mr. Anderson said "Mike on the Bike" would be there.
Ms. Walsh said "Freddie" the little ambulance would be there. There would
also be face painting, balloons, arts and crafts, lots of things to keep the
children busy. Twenty signs announcing the event were distributed, ten on
the East side and ten on the West side of town.
4. NEW BUSINESS
Ms. Walsh informed all she would probably be on maternity leave by
Valentines Day in February so the Board decided there would be a meeting
in January so they could discuss the Easter Egg Hunt.
