A. Elisa Gwilliam (broker for 900 Wildmere Ave, #05 -03 -447) has requested to come before the Special
Magistrate to ask for a reduction in fines and administrative costs which total $21,000.00 for Trash &
Debris and $35,700.00 for High Grass.
B. Lori Wall (listing agent for 1515 Oriole Street, #08 -04 -710) has requested to come back before the
Special Magistrate to ask for a reduction in fines and administrative costs. A reduction to $3,000.00
was ordered in November 2010 from the original $71,785.00 for 3 separate High Grass violations
however payment was never made and the fine reverted back the full amount in January 2011.
