A RESOLUTION OF TIDE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR TIRE' FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2010 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER
30, 2011, PROVIDING FOR A BUDGET AMENDMENT
W IEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Longwood, Florida, has
determined that. the Budget for Fiscal Year 2010/2011 should be amended; and
V1IdEREAS, Section 6 of Ordinance No. 10-1938 provides for amend-rnents of the
2010/2011 Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Budget for the City of Longwood, Florida, Fiscal. Year
2010/2011 is hereby amended as indicated in Exhibit "A," Budget Amendment, and Exhibit "B,"
Public Works Building Projects Budget which are hereby attached and made park of this
Resolution by reference thereto.
SECTION 2: Effective mate. This Resolution shall take effect upon final
passage and adoption.
