Review the proposal for Longwood Memorial Gardens. B. Read by title only, set January 16, 2012 as the public hearing date and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 11-1982, implementing revised regulations for solicitors, peddlers and charitable solicitation in the rights-of-way. 12.
