A. The "Downtown Longwood Cruise -In" Car Show will be held
on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in
the Historic District of Longwood located off of Church
Avenue.
4. RECOGNITIONS/PROCLAMATIONS.
A. Presentation of the Beautification Award to Mr. John Sunner
property located at 152 West Warren Avenue.
5. BOARD APPOINTMENTS.
A. Commission nomination of a resident to the Board of Trustees
for the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Trust Fund.
6. PUBLIC INPUT.
A. Public Participation.
7. MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS' REPORT.

8. ANY ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA.

A. Approve Minutes of the March 4, 2013 Regular Meeting.
B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for March 2013.
C. Approve staff to move forward with the Historic District
Wayfinding and Business Sign Program and bring forward
final design construction drawings, locations and costs.

D. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $51,380.27 to
Nexus IS for the purchase of a premise based backup system.
E. Approve a donation in the amount of $1,000 to SafeHouse of
Seminole from the Police Confiscation Fund to help victims of
domestic violence and their children.

A. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 13-1329, which
designates a depository, designates authorized signers and
facsimile signatures for the City.
