Approve the Scope of Services for Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for design work related to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Sustainable Communities Grant at a not -to -exceed amount of $420,300 and authorize staff to proceed with the project. G. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $22,754 to NexGen Public Safety Solutions and piggyback on the Seminole County Public Safety Department bid for the purchase of six (6) ruggedized field computers for the Fire Department. 10.
