Example of 52500 Protect Under Current Fee Schedule A $2,500 project has a cost of $72.75 for processing, plan review, inspection and administrative cost. A breakdown of costs: 30 min. processing - $20 + 10 min. plan review— $10 + 45 min. inspections - $42.75 = $72.75 Example of S10.000 Protect Under the Current Fee Schedule A $10,000 project has a cost of $201.10 for processing, plan review, inspections and administrative cost. A breakdown of costs: 1 hr. processing - $40 + 30 min. plan review - $30 + 2.3 hrs. inspections - $131.10 = $201.10 With the new schedule, the fees for a $2,500 project would be $75.00 and a $10,000 project would be $210.00 which will cover the cost with as little impact as possible.
