aware of several plans. Member Putz asked about the meeting 1:or Reiter Park, if this is
needed because of the grant. Mr. Capizzi stated the workshop is being held so the public
can have input and can come to speak because of the several phases of the project that in,
the original scope were to be done all at. once. Mr. Capizzi stated the "Senator" tree was
added to the Park, the fishing dock has been added, and the hill was not part of the
project. All these items have been added. Chair Rice asked when the meeting was

Chair Rice asked. about the exercise equipment :for Reiter Park. Mr. Capizzi stated we do
:have the exercise equipment some of the pieces might be able to be used, others have
internal rust which can make the installation process more difficult. Mr. Capizzi stated
the warranty of this exercise equipment is completely void, so putting this equipment at
:Reiter Park might not be the best idea. But Mr. Capizzi stated he has good news, the City
of Longwood has an outstanding balance to Rep Services of $50,000 from carpet squares
that were never installed.. Mr. Capizzi stated maybe we could use this money to purchase
;new equipment for Reiter Park, and install the old exercise equipment at another park..
The new exercise equipment would have complete warranties and we would have enough
money to install equipment in all six areas at. Reiter Park.
.Member Coad asked about reservations for the Bunny Breakfast and will this be on the
rvebsite and placed on the water bill. Mr. Capizzi stated yes. Reservations for the
breakfast will be thru Showtix.

;is really no update at this time. The price the City received to instal.[ lights is too :high.
