REPORTS-CASE UPDATES A. CEH 14-09-971, 700 West Church Avenue paid their administrative fine on 12/09/14. This property is now in compliance. B. CEH 12-06-841R, Orange Avenue properties went before the City Commission on 12/15/14 and the City Commission waived all fines and fees for this property. Case closed. C. CEH 14-10-982, 456 Longwood Circle paid their administrative fine on 12/17/14. This property is now in compliance. D. CEH 13-08-902, 400 Savage Court, the lien was dismissed for this property. A Release of Lien was sent to the City Clerk for Recording. E. CEH 11-04-809, 300 E Orange Avenue, went before City Commission on 1/19/15 and the City Commission reduced the lien to $500.00. I received payment in the amou nt of $500.00 on 2/2/15. A Release of Lien was sent to the City Clerk for Recording. F. CEH 12-09-849, 402 E Maine Avenue executed an agreement with the City Commission to pay attorney and administrative costs of $27,500.00 on or before 2/13/15. On 2/13/15 Mr. Law paid the $27,500.00; therefore City Commission reduced the Code Enforcement Fines and Liens to $80,000.00. 8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 9 OLD BUSINESS 10. NEW BUSINESS A.
