The final tax rate being proposed for Fiscal Year 2020/2021 is 5.500 per$1,000 of non-exempt assessed valuation. Said rate is 5.88%higher than the rolled-back rate of$5.1948 per$1,000 of non-exempt assessed valuation as computed by F.S. 200.065. B. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 20-2191,which adopts tentative revenues, expenditures, and fund balances for the City's fiscal year budget commencing October 1,2020,and ending September 30, 2021. 4. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 20-2194, amending Chapter 90,Article II of the Longwood City Code adopting regulations governing and prohibiting certain types of waste discharge to the public wastewater system. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic,the meeting will also be held via Communications Media Technology(CMT). In order to address the concerns with COVID-19 and in accordance with the requirements of Seminole County Executive Order 2020-030, social distancing requirements will be strictly adhered to and persons attending this meeting are required to wear a face-covering unless exempted from wearing face coverings as stated in Section 5 of Executive Order 2020-030. To participate in the City Commission meeting on September 21, 2020,you have the following options: 1. Attend in person. The Meeting will be held at Longwood City Commission Chambers, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida. The Commission Chambers is set-up keeping social distancing in mind and chairs are spaced accordingly.
