A. The Senior Matinee will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024,
from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Longwood Community
Red
Dog.
B. The City of Longwood will host the 2024 Magic 107.7 Easter Egg
Hunt on Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. until 12:00
p.m. The hunt will be held in the Historic District around
Longwood City Hall, 175 West Warren Avenue, featuring an egg
hunt, prizes, and giveaways. Parking will be available at the
SunRail Station, Downtown Longwood, and Orlando Health
5. PROCLAMATIONS / RECOGNITIONS
A. Nomination of the Beautification Award.
B. Proclaiming March 18 through March 22, 2024, as Government
Finance Professionals Week in the City of Longwood and
recognition of the Finance Department for receiving the
Budget Presentation Award for its budget.

A. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 24-2249, which
would approve a Development Agreement for the Alta Trilogy
project located near the intersection of Ronald Reagan
Boulevard and Dog Track Road at 1050 South Ronald Reagan
Boulevard.

A. Read by title only, set April 1, 2024, as the public hearing date
and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 24-2252, a Small-
Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (SPA 01-24).
