A. Senior Matinee will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from
1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., Longwood Community Building, 200
West Warren Avenue. This month’s feature is A Dog’s Way
Home.
B. A Bunny Breakfast will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 from
8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., Longwood Community Building, 200
West Warren Avenue. Children under 2 are free. For more ticket
information, please visit www.magicegghunt.com.
C. The City of Longwood will play host to the 2019 Magic 107.7
Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. until
12:00 p.m. The hunt will be held at Reiter Park and will feature
multiple games, food and hunts for children of all ages.
D. Longwood Movie in the Park will be held on Friday, April 26,
2019 beginning at 8:00 p.m. in Reiter Park, 311 West Warren
Avenue. This is a free event and the movie will be The Greatest
Showman.

B. Deputy Mayor Morgan to recognize Ms. Sophia Isabella Wuertz

A. Approve Minutes of the March 4, 2019 Regular Meeting.
B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for March and April 2019.
C. Approve the Monthly Financial Report for March 2019.
D. Approval and acceptance of the Utility Easement and Temporary
Construction Easement with AIC Longwood, LLC and authorize
the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the easements and have
recorded.
E. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $25,000 to Pegasus
Engineering for the City of Longwood Stormwater Master Plan –
Drainage Structure Inventory Update.
F. Approve Resolution No. 19-1499, which accepts as a public right-
of-way the full width of “High Line Drive” as depicted on the
Haynes Meadow plat.
