MOMENT OF SILENT MEDITATION 3. THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 4. COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS A. The Senior Matinee will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, from 1:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Longwood Community Building, 200 West Warren Avenue. This month’s feature is “The Kitchen”. B. The “Concert in the Park” event will be held on Friday, November 22, 2019, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Reiter Park, 311 West Warren Avenue. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The band will be “Sandy Back Porch” and this is a free event. C. The Longwood Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 24, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Over 175 artists and crafters will line the streets in the Historic District of Longwood located off Church Street. There will be a free kid’s zone, food and beverages, and live entertainment. This is a free event and additional free parking is available at Orlando Health South Seminole. 5. CC 11-18-2019/2 Ms. Laura Cantwell, Associate State Director of Advocacy and Outreach with AARP to present the City with a certificate to acknowledge the adoption of the Age Friendly Action Plan. Mrs. Donna Bundy, Executive Director with the Seminole Cultural Art Council, to give a presentation on Traffic Box Art. Kimley-Horn to give a presentation on Ronald Regan Boulevard (County Road 427) hardscape and landscape improvements. B. Public Participation. 8. MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS’ REPORT Districts #4, #5, #1, #2 and #3. 9. ANY ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA 10. CONSENT AGENDA A. Approve Minutes of the September 4, 2019 and September 16, 2019, Regular Meeting. B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for October and November 2019. C. Approve the Monthly Financial Report for October 2019. 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 19-2168, a voluntary annexation of 750 North U.S. Highway 17-92. 12. REGULAR BUSINESS A. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 19-1514, which amends the fiscal year 2018/2019 budget. B.
