A. A Holiday “Read with a Hero” Event will be held on Friday,
December 6, 2019, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. featuring a 7
foot Santa and a Tree Lighting.
B. The Longwood Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday,
December 7, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. and will make its way through
the Historic District of Longwood.
C. The “Downtown Longwood Food Trucks” will be held on
Thursday, December 12, 2019, from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at
Reiter Park, 311 West Warren Avenue.
D. Celebrate the Season Event will be held on Friday,
December 13, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Reiter
Park, 311 West Warren Avenue. There will be ice-skating, train
rides, ugly sweater contest, food, games, a chance to visit with
Santa Claus, and a laser light show finale.
E. Breakfast with Santa will be held on December 14, 2019, from
9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the Longwood Community Building,
200 West Warren Avenue. This Event has Sold Out.
F. The “Downtown Longwood Cruise-In” Car Show will be held on
Saturday, December 14, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in
the Historic District of Longwood.
G. Santa Visits Longwood neighborhoods will be held on Saturday,
December 14th and Sunday, December 15th from 11:00 a.m. until

6:00 p.m. or however long it takes to finish each area. Routes
are only within city limits and as follows:
Saturday: East of Ronald Reagan Boulevard
Sunday: West of Ronald Reagan Boulevard

A. Approve Minutes of the October 7, 2019, Regular Meeting.
B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for November 2019.
C. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $66,341.07 for 22
vehicles under the Master Equity Lease Agreement, authorize
Enterprise to sell vehicles being replaced, and authorize the
Temporary City Manager to sign all necessary documents.
D. Approve a donation in the amount of $4,000 to Kids House of
Seminole from the State Law Enforcement Confiscation Fund.
E. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $62,412.39 to Teer
Engineering for the purchase of an audio-visual system upgrade
in the City Commission Chambers.
F. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $244,746.66 to
Barnes, Ferland and Associations for the Professional
Engineering Services related to the East Longwood Phase 2
Septic Tank Abatement Program.
