Senior Matinee will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., Longwood Community Building, 200 West Warren Avenue. This month’s feature is Adrift. B. The City of Longwood will host “Truck or Treat” on October 20, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Reiter Park, 311 Warren Avenue. There will be a variety of Military Trucks and vehicles, free candy for children, bounce houses, balloon artists, face painters, food vendors, a children’s costume contest and more. 5. PROCLAMATIONS / RECOGNITIONS A. District #3 Nomination of the Business Person of the Month Award for November 2018. 6. BOARD APPOINTMENTS A. ANY ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA 10. CONSENT AGENDA A. Approve Minutes of the September 5, 2018 Regular Meeting. CC 10-15-18/2 B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for September 2018. C. Approve the Monthly Financial Report for September 2018. D. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $45,000 to Advanced Data Processing, Inc. a subsidiary of Intermedix for Ambulance Transport Billing and related professional services. E. Approve a contract with Contractors Enterprises, Inc. for Janitorial Services and approve issuance of related purchase orders. F. Approve a “Piggy-back” Agreement and a purchase order in the amount of $40,000 to Bond Tree Medical for the purchase of emergency medical supplies. G. Approve the City Manager to enter into a “Piggy-back” Agreement and approve a purchase order in the amount of $120,000 to Sunstate Meter & Supply Inc., for citywide water meters and related materials. 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 18-1479, which provides for the reallocation and/or deferral of certain assessments and confirms the final assessment roll and provides for the collection of the assessment on property tax bills. 12. REGULAR BUSINESS A. Read by title only and set November 5, 2018 as the public hearing date and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 18-2147, amending Ordinance No. 17-2134 and Authorizing the Issuance of Debt in the amount of $4,571,304 to finance the South Longwood Septic Tank Abatement - Phase II Project, Lake Ruth Septic Tank Abatement Project, Springwood Septic Tank Abatement Project, and the Ronald Reagan Boulevard (CR 427) Sewer Extension Project. B. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 18-1480, which amends the Step Pay Plan for Non-Union Employees to include Public Works and Leisure Services employee pay classifications and changes a position title from BTR Clerk to Economic Development Coordinator. 13.
