Senior Matinee will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., Longwood Community Building, 200 West Warren Avenue. This month’s feature is Bel Canto. B. The City of Longwood will host a “Hula-Licious Food Truck” Event with over 30 food trucks, on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in the Historic District of Longwood located off of Church Avenue. There will be live entertainment, beer and wine available. C. The “Downtown Longwood Cruise-In” Car Show will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Historic District of Longwood located off of Church Avenue. D. Senior Matinee for January will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., Longwood Community Building, 200 West Warren Avenue. The movie has yet to be announced. 5. PROCLAMATIONS / RECOGNITIONS A. Nomination of the Beautification Award (Presentation scheduled for January 21, 2019). B. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $25,121.49 to Kimley-Horn for Professional Consulting Services associated with the plan update and permitting for the Cross Seminole Trail Connector Project - Bicycle Improvements (Phase I). E. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $129,232.34 to VHB, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. to provide Professional Consulting Services associated with the design and permitting of sidewalk improvements for the Cross Seminole Trail Connector Project - Pedestrian Improvements (Phase II). 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 18-2150, authorizing the Issuance of Debt in the amount of $3,410,044 to finance the Longwood Septic Tank Program – Transmission Main Project (Altamonte Force Main) and authorize the execution of a State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan No. WW590520. City Commission to consider a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shoppes at Longwood LLC, a 50,000+ Square Foot Retail Development including restaurants and retail. B. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 18-1488, which amends the fiscal year 2018/2019 budget to provide for a transfer of funds to cover a Part-Time Records Clerk in the City Clerk’s Office. 13.
