A. The Mid-Florida Mustang Club’s 30th Annual Mustang and
Ford Roundup will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017
from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Historic District of
Longwood located off of Church Avenue.
B. The City of Longwood will host the Historic Longwood
Farmers & Artisans Market weekly on Saturday from 9:00
a.m. until 1:00 p.m., in the Historic District of Longwood
located at the corner of North Ronald Reagan Boulevard and
West Church Avenue.
5. PROCLAMATIONS / RECOGNITIONS
A. District #3 Nomination of the Business Person of the Month
Award for March 2017.
B. Presentation of the Beautification Award to the Longwood
Green Subdivision on Longwood Hills Road.

A. Approve Minutes of the February 6, 2017 Regular Meeting.
B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for February 2017.
C. Approve the Monthly Financial Report for January 2017.
D. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $278,545 to
Helping Hand Lawn Care, Inc. for the Mowing Services
Contract.
E. Approve the award for City Assessment Property Maintenance
to Annan Landscape Company.
F. Approve a change order in the amount of $18,500 to purchase
order #160374 to Dix Hite and Partners providing additional
services for Audio and Video design at Reiter Park.

A. Approve the Final Plat for the Reserve at Lake Wildmere
(Formerly Grant Street Townhomes).
B. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 17-1419, regarding
the transfer of two (2) properties located at 1450 West State
Road 434 and Powell Street from the Florida Department of
Transportation (FDOT) to the City of Longwood.
C. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 17-1420,
establishing a mechanism for the financing of energy
conservation and efficiency improvements; renewable energy
improvements and wind resistance improvements; authorizing
the execution of a Non-Exclusive Interlocal Subscription
Agreement with the Florida Green Finance Authority.
D. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 17-1421,
establishing a mechanism for the financing of energy
conservation and efficiency improvements; renewable energy
improvements and wind resistance improvements; authorizing
the execution of a Non-Exclusive Interlocal Subscription
Agreement with the Florida Resiliency and Energy District.
E. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 17-1422,
establishing a mechanism for the financing of energy
conservation and efficiency improvements; renewable energy

to endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. Persons in attendance at the City Commission
meeting are invited to stand during the opening invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. However, such invitation shall
not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No person in attendance at the meeting shall be
required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commission Chambers and
return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocation.
