(Chambers), 175 West Warren Avenue. This month’s feature
is La La Land.

A. District #4 Presentation of the Business Person of the Month
Award for May 2017 to Michael L. Dodane, PE, President of
MiGre Engineers, LLC, located at 1200 West State Road 434,
Suite 301.
6. BOARD APPOINTMENTS
A. City Commission Nomination of resident to the Board of
Trustees for the City of Longwood Police Officers’ and
Firefighters’ Pension Trust Fund.
7. PUBLIC INPUT
A. Presentation: McDirmit, Davis & Company, LLC will be
giving a presentation on the Annual Audit for the Fiscal Year
Ended September 30, 2016.

A. Approve Minutes of the May 1, 2017 Regular Meeting.

B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for April 2017.
C. Approve the Monthly Financial Report for April 2017.
D. Approve a change order in the amount of $60,000 to purchase
order #170256 for Sunstate Meter & Supply Inc. as suppliers
of citywide meters and related materials.
E. Approve a contract with WTDI, LLC to solicit and register
arts and crafts vendors for an event to be held on Saturday
November 18, 2017 and Sunday November 19, 2017.
F. Approve a Letter of Intent with Potapas Concessions Inc. to
provide carnival rides and carnival food concessions for an
event to be held on Saturday November 18, 2017 and Sunday
November 19, 2017.
G. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $27,250 to Public
Resource Management Group (PRMG) to provide utility
financial consulting services for the State Revolving Fund
(SRF) Loan Procurement Assistance for the City's Phase 2
Wastewater System Expansion and Improvements Project.

A. Read by title only, set June 5, 2017 as the public hearing date,
approve the Annexation Agreement and first reading of
Ordinance No. 17-2114, a Voluntary Annexation of Properties
at 1015 U.S. Highway 17-92, 904 Lake Irene Road and 898
Lake Irene Road.
B. Hear a request from Oakwood Construction for a lot split
application (SD 04-17) at 163 West Bay Avenue (Historic
District).
C. Read by title only, set June 5, 2017 as the public hearing date,
approve the Annexation Agreement and first reading of
Ordinance No. 17-2118, a Voluntary Annexation of 450
Longwood Hills Road.

to endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. Persons in attendance at the City Commission
meeting are invited to stand during the opening invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. However, such invit ation shall
not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No person in attendance at the meeting shall be
required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commission Chambers and
return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocation.
