The “Downtown Longwood Cruse-In” Car Show will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Historic District of Longwood located off of Church Avenue. 5. PROCLAMATIONS / RECOGNITIONS A. Presentation of the Beautification Award to Winsor Manor Subdivision, located on State Road 434. B. Presentation of the 36th Annual JOY (Juvenile of the Year) Awards. Presentations: Mr. Jeff Earhart, Engineer with Cribb Philbeck Weaver Group (CPWG) would like to give a presentation on the Church Avenue Road Reconstruction Concept/Plan. Mr. Chad DeGroot with Mr. Bikes and Boards would like to do a presentation on donating Skate Park equipment. B. Public Participation. 8. MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS’ REPORT Districts #5, #1, #2, #3, and #4. 9. ANY ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA 10. CONSENT AGENDA A. Approve Minutes of the January 18, 2016 Regular Meeting. B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for January 2016. C. Approve to waive or reduce the rental fees at the Community Building. D. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $29,400 to Cribb Philbeck Weaver Group (CPWG) for engineering services to develop a traffic calming plan in District #2. 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 15-2080, amending the Regulating Map of the Heritage Village Urban Code for 355 North Ronald Reagan Boulevard. B. Read by title only, set February 15, 2016 as the second public hearing date and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 15-2082, a large scale comprehensive plan amendment at Peninsula Island Point. 12. REGULAR BUSINESS A. Read by title only, set February 15, 2016 as the public hearing date, and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 16-2084, which provides for the issuance of Capital Improvement Revenue Note with Iberia Bank. B. City Commission to hear a request from Mr. Clint McLauglin, to mitigate a Code Enforcement Lien in excess of $115,000 on the property located at 1100 Autumn Brook Circle. However, such invitation shall not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No person in attendance at the meeting shall be required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commissi on Chambers and return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocation.
