A. The “Downtown Longwood Cruse-In” Car Show will be held
on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in
the Historic District of Longwood located off of Church
Avenue.
B. Senior Matinee will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2016
from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., Longwood Community
Building, 200 West Warren Avenue. This month’s feature is
The Intern.
5. PROCLAMATIONS / RECOGNITIONS
A. District #2 Presentation of the Business Person of the Month
Award for March 2016 to Lenny & Kathy King, Owners of
Salon Zion, located at 225 North Ronald Reagan Boulevard.
6. BOARD APPOINTMENTS
A. District #2 Nomination to the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Board. (Nomination had been deferred - term expired
01/09/16).

A. Approve Minutes of the February 15, 2016 Regular Meeting.

B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for February 2016.
C. Approve a donation in the amount of $1,000.00 to the Florida
Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Foundation from the
law enforcement confiscation fund to combat prescription
drug fraud and abuse.
D. Approve a License Agreement to Columbus Harbour
Homeowners’ Association for Certain Park Land.
11. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. The City Commission to hear a public request for Special
Exception (SPE 01-16), to allow signage for Weston Park
Apartments.
12. REGULAR BUSINESS
A. Approve Resolution No. 16-1395 Authorizing the City
Manager to Execute a Marketing Licensing Agreement with
Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA) to Provide
Service Line Warranties to Residential Property Owners and
to Grant a Non-Exclusive License to SLWA to use City Name
and Logo in Advertising Materials.
B. City Commission to hear a request from Mr. Jorge Rodriguez
to mitigate a Code Enforcement Lien in excess of $164,500 on
the property located at 915 Lormann Circle.

have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Commission or the city staff, and the City is not allowed by law
to endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. Persons in attendance at the City Commission
meeting are invited to stand during the opening invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. However, such invitation shall
not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No per son in attendance at the meeting shall be
required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commission Chambers and
return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocation.
