Approve a purchase order in the amount of $2,500 to RMPK Funding for services to be rendered in connection with the preparation of a Recreation Trails Program (RTP) grant application. 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS CC 03-02-15/2 A. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 15-2056, approving a voluntary annexation of 751 & 753 Highland Street. 12. REGULAR BUSINESS A. Read by title only, set March 16, 2015 as the public hearing date, and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 15-2058, approving the extension of the Non-Exclusive Franchises for the Collection of Commercial Solid Waste and/or Recovered Materials for an additional six (6) months. B. Hear a waiver request from Ms. Kerry Wrisley of Kerryman Pub for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP 06-15) for a St. Patrick’s Day event to be held on Saturday, March 14, 2015. C. Commission to consider two (2) Historic District Grant Applications and Discussion of the Scope of the Grant Program. D. Approval to apply for SAFER Grant funding for six (6) positions in the Fire Department. E. Approval to enter into an Agreement and Waive Formal Procurement for Professional Services with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) for Landscape Architectural Services for Gateway Improvements at US Hwy 17/92 and State Road 434. F. Approval of an Investment Grade Audit Agreement (IGA) with Schneider Electric and authorize the City Manager to execute all associated documents. 13. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT 14. However, such invitation shall not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No person in attendance at the meeting shall be required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commission Chambers and return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocati on.
