PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 14-2049, which amends the Longwood Development Code to streamline, clarify, and update development standards and processes, allow off-site gateway signage and amend standards for outdoor seating. 12. REGULAR BUSINESS A. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 15-1373, amending and replacing Resolution No. 94-748 concerning the Business Person of the Month Award. B. Read by title only, set May 4, 2015 as the public hearing date, and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 15-2059, which proposes approval of a Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (SPA 02-15) for 339 East Orange Avenue. C. Consider waiving or reducing the rental fees at the Longwood Community Building for Black Rain Partners. D. Discussion on a possible contract with Lyman High School for the use of their pool during the summer months for Longwood Residents. E. Mr. Russel Williams, Lyman High School Athletic Director, requests Commission discussion on sponsorship for Lyman High School Sports Facilities. F. Commissioner Weller requests a discussion on speaker timers. G. Discussion on Initial Proposed Ordinance regarding Charter Review Board’s recommendation on term limits and terms of office, as requested by Deputy Mayor Paris. H. Persons in attendance at the City Commission meeting are invited to stand during the opening invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. However, such invitation shall not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No person in attendance at the meeting s hall be required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commission Chambers and return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocation.
