A. The “Downtown Longwood Cruise-In” Car Show will be held
on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in
the Historic District of Longwood located off of Church
Avenue.

A. Recognizing Commissioner John C. Maingot for his dedicated
service to the City as Mayor, September 2014 to May 2015.

C. Approval of an increase to purchase order #015775 in the
amount of $33,072 to Cribb Philbeck Weaver Group (CPWG)
for additional engineering services associated with the Church
Avenue roadway project.

D. Approval of an increase to purchase order #015722 in the
amount of $30,000 to Hydra Service, Inc. as suppliers of
various parts, repair and maintenance of the City’s 32 lift
stations.
E. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $67,434 to Bartow
Ford for the purchase of two fully-equipped 2015 Ford Police
Vehicles.
F. Approval of an increase to purchase order #015628 in the
amount of $18,291 to Helping Hand Lawn Care, Inc. for
landscape maintenance work.

12. REGULAR BUSINESS
A. Read by title only, set June 15, 2015 as the public hearing date
and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 15-2062, which
amends Chapter 50, Article III, Sec. 50-62 of the Longwood
City Code to update and allow the City Manager to waive or
reduce fees associated with the Longwood Community
Building.
B. Schedule Thursday, September 10, 2015 and Monday,
September 21, 2015 as regular City Commission Meeting dates
and public hearing dates for the adoption of the Fiscal Year
2015/2016 Budget.
C. City Commission approval to restructure the Financial
Services Department.
D. City Commission discussion and approval of Membership
Assessment to Metroplan Orlando.

Any invocation that is offered before the official start of the Commission meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a
private person, to and for the benefit of the Commission. The views or beliefs expressed by the in vocation speaker
have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Commission or the city staff, and the City is not allowed by law
to endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. Persons in attendance at the City Commission
meeting are invited to stand during the opening invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. However, such invitation shall
not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No person in attendance at the meeting shall be
required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commission Chambers and
return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocation.
