A. Presentation of the 2015 Key to the City Award to Mr. Marc
McLarnon.
B. Presentation of the 2015 Key to the City Award to Mr.
Jonathan Wolf.
C. District #4 Nomination of the Business Person of the Month
Award for September 2015.
6. BOARD APPOINTMENTS
A. District #1 Nomination to the Land Planning Agency.
B. Commission nomination of a resident to the Board of Trustees
for the Police Officers’ and Firefighters’ Pension Trust Fund.

A. Presentation. Ms. Lara Kaplan with Intermedix will be giving
a presentation on the services they provide.

10. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approve Minutes of the July 27, 2015 Work Session, July 27,
2015 Special Meeting and the August 3, 2015 Regular Meeting.
B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for July and August 2015.
C. Approve the Monthly Financial Report for July 2015.
D. Approve the Seminole County Public Schools Resource Officer
Agreement to continue the City’s participation with the School
Resource Program at Lyman High School through September
30, 2016.
E. Approve the Mayor to sign the Renewal Application for
Eligibility to Receive Federal Surplus Property through the
1033 Program.
F. Acceptance of Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2015 Edward Byrne
Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) County Program
Funding in the amount of $14,085.
G. City Commission approval of a License Agreement to
Northland Church for certain park land.
11. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 15-2065, a
Longwood Development Code Amendment to enhance
standards related to a complete streets policy, and to
streamline, clarify and update development standards and
processes.
12. REGULAR BUSINESS
A. City Commission discussion regarding Longwood Memorial
Gardens Cemetery Fees.
B. Read by title only, set September 10, 2015 as the public hearing
date, and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 15-2067,
which proposes an amendment to the Special Service Fees.

to endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker. Persons in attendance at the City Commission
meeting are invited to stand during the opening invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. However, such invitation shall
not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No person in attendance at the meeting shall be
required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commission Chambers and
return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocation.
