The City of Longwood will be hosting a “Family Holiday Movie Night” on Friday, December 11, 2015 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Longwood Community Building, 200 West Warren Avenue. Refreshments will be available for purchase and the movie will be Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. B. The “Downtown Longwood Cruise-In” Car Show will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Historic District of Longwood located off of Church Avenue. C. Senior Matinee will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., Longwood Community Building, 200 West Warren Avenue. This month’s feature is Some Kind of Beautiful. 5. Approve Minutes of the November 16, 2015 Regular Meeting. B. Approve the Monthly Expenditures for November 2015. C. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $36,360 to Cribb Philbeck Weaver Group for State Road 434 median design from I-4 to Rangeline Road. D. Approve an Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for landscaping State Road 434 from I-4 to Rangeline Road. E. Approve an updated agreement with Advanced Data Processing Inc. (ADPI) and purchase order in the amount of $45,000 to ADPI for ambulance transport billing and related professional services. F. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $55,000 to Hydra Service, Inc., suppliers of various parts, maintenance and repair of the City’s 32 Lift Stations. G. Approve a purchase order in amount of $31,000 to McDirmit, Davis & Co. for the annual audit for fiscal year 2015 and approve a three year contract for fiscal years 2015, 2016, and 2017. 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Read by title only and adopt Ordinance No. 15-2077, which amends and extends the Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services Contract with Waste Pro. B. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 15-1386, establishing the City’s Notice of Intent to use the Uniform Method for Collecting Non-Ad Valorem Assessments in 2016. 12. REGULAR BUSINESS A. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 15-1390, regarding reimbursement of various capital improvement projects located within the City of Longwood. B. Read by title only, set December 21, 2015 as the public hearing date and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 15-2081, a petition for the vacation/abandonment of a portion of utility easement on 113 Shomate Ave. CC 12-07-15/3 C. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Brownfield Assessment Coalition for the Environmental Protection Agency Assessment Grant between East Central Florida Regional Planning Council and the Cities of DeBary and Longwood. However, such invitation shall not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No person in attendance at the meeting shall be required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commission Chambers and return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocation.
