City Commission Discussion on a proposed ordinance regulating and otherwise prohibiting the temporary or transient sale of sparklers, novelties, and trick noisemakers as such terms are defined in Chapter 791, Florida Statutes, except for those sales conducted by the two winners of the Temporary Use Permits and Business Tax Receipts issued for the sale of fireworks each fiscal year held in accordance with the City of Longwood’s adopted policies and procedures. 14.
