Acceptance of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (Audit) for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2023. E. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $143,040 for pipe rehabilitation services provided by Inliner Solutions. F. Approve a purchase order in the amount of $64,863 to Bozard Ford for the acquisition of a 2024 Ford F-350 4x4 SD Dump Service Body Public Works Fleet Vehicle and authorize the City Manager to execute any associated documents. 11. Read by title only, set June 3, 2024, as the public hearing date, and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 24-2253, which would effectively ban smoking and vaping in the City recreational parks and facilities. B. Read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 24-1660, amending the adopted budget 2023-2024, and authorize the Finance Director to record changes in anticipated revenues and appropriations for expenditures as provided in the 2024 Mid- Year Budget Adjustments. 13. Persons in attendance at the City Commission meeting are invited to stand during the opening invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. However, such invitation shall not be construed as a demand, order, or any other type of command. No person in attendance at the meeting shall be required to participate in any opening invocation that is offered. You may exit the City Commission Chambers and return upon completion of the opening invocation if you do not wish to participate in or witness the opening invocation. This is a public meeting, and the public is invited to attend. The agenda is subject to change.
