The Senior Matinee will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Longwood Community Building, 200 West Warren Avenue. This month's feature is What Happens Later. C. The Longwood Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Artists and crafters will line the streets in the Historic District of Longwood located off West Church Avenue &West Warren Avenue. There will be food, beverages, and live entertainment. This is a free event and additional free parking is available at the Longwood SunRail Station Parking lots and the Orlando Health South Seminole back parking lot. 5. PROCLAMATIONS / RECOGNITIONS A. Recognizing Commissioner Matt Morgan for his service to the City as Deputy Mayor, November 2023 until November 2024. B. Approval to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Landscape Construction and Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement between the Florida Department of Transportation and the City of Longwood for the maintenance of the median landscaping along State Road 434,from Rangeline Road to Raymond Avenue. E. Approval to submit a grant application for funding under HUD's Rebuild Florida Hazard Mitigation Grant Match Program (HMGMP) to cover the local match (25% of the project cost) related to the City's Public Facility (Fire Station #15) Flood Risk Reduction Project. 11.
